Castlehill at a Glance
Founded 40 years ago, Castlehill is a community committed to offering not just any education, but an excellent education in a nurturing environment. An environment where children can feel safe and secure, and loved. In addition to the standard curriculum, we emphasize the importance of teaching children to appreciate the arts, cultivate a love of reading, become stewards of the environment and contributing members to our community.
Inquiry Form
Ready to learn more about Castlehill? The first step in our admission process is to complete and submit our Inquiry Form. Submitting an Inquiry Form will give us the information we need to reach out to you to learn more about your student(s) and their academic and extracurricular interests. Our goal is for you to learn, explore and discover what a Castlehill education might mean for your child.
Visit Our Campus
One of the best ways to see if Castlehill may be a good fit for your child, is to schedule a campus visit. We’ll take you on a tour, where we will point out the many ways in which Castlehill works with students to develop a lifelong love of learning. You’ll have an opportunity to explore our 8 acre campus, see our classrooms, and speak with our team to learn more about the school in general, but also about the ways in which your child will be challenged, encouraged and supported.
Campus visits can be scheduled in a number of ways – you can stop by to schedule a visit, send us an email request (admissions@Castlehillschool.com or simply call us at 520-795-0008.
Campus tours are usually scheduled during the school day, so that you have an opportunity to get a sense of our environment while the students and staff are present. We are happy to schedule a time that is convenient for your schedule. We realize that family schedules often find that visiting campus during the week is difficult, so for the 2026-2027 recruitment cycle, we will also be offering a general tour of the school on these designated weekend dates:
- Sunday, October 26, 2:00 PM AM
- Saturday, November 22, 1:00 PM
- Sunday, January 4, 10:00 AM
If you would like to join us for one of the group tours above, please call our office at 520-795-0008 or email us at admissions@castlehillschool.com to confirm availability.

Tuition is Affordable
Choosing a private education is a meaningful investment in your child’s future—one that provides not only a strong academic foundation, but also a supportive community where they can truly thrive. This decision is a lasting gift, opening doors to personal growth, intellectual curiosity, and lifelong friendships.
Parents are financially responsible for the full yearly tuition fee to cover the cost of our educational curriculum and specialty classes such as art, music, science and computer skills. The tuition also includes the cost of text books, our annual yearbook, and a red Castlehill shirt for Fridays and field trips. As a private school, we work hard to make a Castlehill education affordable for all. We participate in the ESA programs and work with two well known School Tuition Organizations (STO ‘s) for the private school tax credit scholarships. Castlehill also provides funds to promising students via a competitive scholarship program called The Schlossberg Scholarship. More information is available on our Scholarships and Financial Aid Options page.
Prospective families can receive information on these programs by attending one of our Affordability and Value information sessions which are held throughout the year.
Families who have concerns about tuition costs should schedule time to meet and talk with the principal about tuition assistance options.
